Cosmic Heart "Do good, stay good"[]
The Cosmic Heart is an item which rewards good clean play with free HP pickups. Finishing a level without taking damage will reward you by offering insurance in your future endeavors. A full HP pack will be placed at the exit of the next level, so if you happen to take damage on that one, it will be just like you didn't.
